Been trying to call all morning trying rent out a cabin hoping they still have one available. No luck getting anyone yet:( |

I just got home from the outing.
We didn't find a lot of gold but I enjoyed seeing everybody.
We had a really good turnout considering how nasty the weather was.

I just got home myself. I had a great time seeing old friends and making new ones. Thank you Wes for putting together a great weekend.Well, it's time to go hang up a bunch of wet camping gear. |

It was nice to put faces and names together. I spent about three hours there and it did nothing but rain.
Most everyone was in good spirits, as good as can be expected, considering the weather.
Mr. Bill has been in poor health lately, but looked very well when I spoke to him. That's good to see. He's a nice man.
The three women I met were all dry, which should give you some indication of the IQ differences between the two sexes. On the other hand, Wes and Charlie were dry as well, which blows that theory all to hell.
I saw three guys whom I did not actually meet, so who all showed up? I saw James in the pix, but I didn't see him Saturday.

Thanks again Wes for putting this together. It's been a long time coming and I was glad to be able to make it for the fun. We have a great group of people and it is always great to see old faces and meet new people. Had a great time!  |

I'm glad you stopped by Sam. I enjoyed talking with you,and as always you were very entertaining.
You saw me after a hot shower,before that I was shivering like a girl.
I think that is the first time I have ever been cold in the middle of August.
I believe everyone had a good time despite the weather,I'm hoping to get everyone together again soon. Wes |
