Deerman, here is a few in Tennessee. I tried to post it under Tennessee locations, but it is locked.

Here is a few near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I have not been to these myself, so I can't offer an opinion.

We went to both of these locations when we visited Gatlinburg a few years ago, they're primarily for gemstones, which is from material shipped in from N.C., not from local material, but they do have gold "Paydirt" bags for sale in the gift store of both.

We did do some gemstone buckets but no gold bags, I didn't think much gold would be in the bags so didn't buy any.

They are gem mines that offer some gold buckets. They are more of a tourist attraction than an actual mine such as Thermal City or Lucky Strike. I posted them because they might appeal to someone vacationing in the area.

From what i've been told, some locations get their gems delivered in 55 gallon barrels. so, if it ain't advertised as a gold mine, I don't include the location.
