Sunday August 17th after church went to my farm, Treasure Valley to look for rubies & sapphires, hadn't found anything and was getting ready to leave and walked by where I had high banked about 3 years earlier and in the tailing pile from off the back something with color caught my eye and looked down and there was a ruby or some might say a pink sapphire depending on which gemologist you ask (79.69 carats), don't think I will cut it because it's the largest I've found to date. I'm no good at posting pictures but I had a friend post the picture on two forums, American Rockhounds and RockHound Lounge if you would like to see it.

Nice Find. I wonder how many more have been lost in tailing piles and never noticed.
