Welcome to the forum..!
Boone, eh..? I have to admit I've 'computerly looked' at Boone as a place to
get out of this heat-and-humidity hellhole during the summers, but have as of
yet not made the trip up the hill from Morganton to check out the area.. I'm
guessing it's "slightly" more inexpensive there than Blowing Rock..

Thanks for the welcome fellas. And XS1100 yes boone is slightly less expensive than Blowing Rock. But it is getting that bad . Everything here on the mountain is more expensive...Now the weather is a different animal, perfect for the most part. |
