Next outing is at Thermal City, August 4th, 5th and 6th. I have reserved the large trommel for all day use on the 5th, they will keep bringing us dirt all day. The other times we can pan, sluice or dredge. Check their website for current campsite fees and fees for recreation. Let me know if you have any questions!!!! Look forward to seeing anyone that wants to come!
Trommel loads are $60 per bucket full, I can usually process 1 full bucket in an hour really pushing and feeding quickly... I figure we can do at least 3-5 buckets in a day with 2-4 people. and split the costs and gold!! |

Sounds like a plan, Matt.. Need to talk w/N & get her read, but the bigger issue is I still haven't found the van's stumble.. Did the complete basic tune-up thing & found a broken spark plug so thought I had 'er, but BION that wasn't it.. #8 cyl had a wet plug though, so next in line is an injector change.. Just haven't felt like doing it in this heat & humidity & no shade tree while taking yet another round of antibiotics for this farked up bronchial infection from Hell that just flat-out refuses to clear all the way up..
I'll still give a tentative "in unless absolutely can't" though..

We had a great time at the outing. Had a few people show up, ran the trommels all day Saturday and Sunday morning. Next outing will be in late September early October back at Thermal City, with smaller dredging outings this month and next if we can. I'll try to post some pics of the fun in a little while.  |
