I screened these cons to -20 then will run them thru the sluice and see what I get. They are from part of the cons I took home from the Thermal City outing last Easter. I'll post a picture after I finish with them.

Looks nice. How much did that set you back? I am making a bigger miller table for my cleanups only thing is I am using wood instead of stone (since I couldnt find anyone to cut the slab of stone I have) so I dont know how well it will do. Just gonna have to test it and see. I will post pics when Its further along.

Hi Astro:

I didn't need to buy much of it because I had the pump, tub and battery. But I'd estimate if you had to go out and buy all of it, you'd probably spend around $150.00.

It does trap the real fine gold though and I was impressed by the way the sluice worked. It was actually fun to watch the black sand dance it's way down the sluice and most of the clay went too. I still don't know if I will be able to get by without a blue bowl though.

I'm gonna get a 50 & 100 mesh classifier, because I need to keep the particle size the same as I run the cons.

The drop riffle sluice works great though and I'm very pleased with it.

I'll keep you up to date. I really seems like the micro gold is the hardest to catch.

I wish you would have bought that from our store Charlotte49er Confused $69.00 and no shipping added if I meet you with the item. We need all you guys help to make this business work. Its a win win for everyone because we want to be a one stop shop for the Eastern Prospectors. I also have the sidekick and the field and stream in stock for $34.00 each. Those are the same as the predator without the stand.

I see you have the table level. Do you run the Predator II at an angle? If you do, what angle do you start at?
