looks like its slowing you down more than anything. Slumped over constantly pouring water over the material in the grizzly like its a highbanker just isnt sufficient to me. Why not just classify 1/4" and scoop the material and run it? |

not tryin to talk down on ya, just sayin. Looked like you were messin with the same load of material for awhile there. Someone on here made a contraption where you could house a classifier inside it and just classify into the au trap. Just seems like it would be easier than the grizzly. |

I have actually thought about that. I just sold a new Angus Bucket Grizzly because I just don't have the time to build something like that. |

yeah, the main problem with that on a bucket is you still gotta wash the rocks, like a highbanker, just dont see it being productive on an autrap and thats why. Youre making an autrap a 2 man operation when its easily a 1 man sluice but you could run 2 men classifying bucket after bucket with that one sluice though. |

everybodys got one, opinions that is.
i was thinking more from the standpoint of breaking the parts down and figuring out how to use them more efficiently. |

here's another home made grizzly that has possibilities.
it appears to me to have been designed to feed the classified material into a container or maybe a sluice. dropping onto the ground seems odd and adds to the work.
after taking another look at this, and seeing the back end of the truck next to it, i think maybe the guy is just showing us how well it works and not worrying about the proper setup over a bucket or sluice.
