How much water flow does everyone suggest over the Angus Mckirk Eureka sluice? I watched several videos and saw anywhere from just a trickle on some of the smaller Angus models to almost completely submerged sluices with lots of water flow.
Do you look for the same "V" as in a Keene sluice?
I also saw people dumping scoop fulls of screened material on the sluice or sprinkling it out slowly.
All opinions will be appeciated. |

This sluice needs decent water flow and you can feed it at an almost nonstop scoop at a time if screened down to 1/4". |
