I like to share my experience with trying to join the GPOC .
First i asked Wes where to send the money , he send me address
, i asked him if i can pay with paypal ,
he send me pm "I have decided to dissolve the GPOC. " so i could not joint .
Couple of days after i got pm "After talking to the current members of the GPOC I have decided to leave the club as is.
If you are still interested in joining let me know. "
So i send the membership fee to him with paypal .
Than he send pm that he got the money and i need to
Register on GPOC website and im set .
Bud than i got pm
"Peter, I am sorry but I put your application to join the club to the board and it was not approved.
I am sorry for any inconvenience and will refund your dues. "
So my question to all members of the "board " is how exactly your picking who can and who canot join the GPOC ?
Thank you (djpitr ) Peter |

Sorry for your experience, however this is not typical in the beginning of a year, wes has to keep up with fees, who paid when... it's easier if we take memberships at the first of the year...
The club under both managements typically never accepts any new users after February in the past.
We also look at how many members are in the club and how many are active and decide on how many open slots we have each year. This year we have really exceeded the old limits on the amount of users in the club. But this is also a good thing. It helps with property cleanup and management...
Due to most locations we have limited room and amount of people that can be there at any one time...
I hope this helps make it a little clearer and no hard feelings.
This late in the year you would be better off waiting till the first of next year when we do renewals and see how many people stay in or leave.
Again, sorry for any inconvenience. |
